We’re looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, hard-working person with Fulfillment and Management experience, ready to bring their experience to a growing company. This is a heavy information and task management role paired with a light people management role. This person would be responsible for managing and overseeing our Fulfillment Team staff at Moglea of 1-2 members daily depending upon order volume.

Press Operator

Full Time

We're seeking a full-time team member to join our Pressroom Team, a part of our Production Team. The Pressroom is tasked with cutting and printing our hand-painted designs with skill and excellent craftsmanship.

Applicants should be highly detail-oriented and able to stand for long periods. Pressroom Team responsibilities include prepping paper for the Painting Team, cutting paper, setting and running printing presses, sorting painted paper sheets for best registration, running automatic paper punch, scoring on our hand-fed press, and helping with padding for bindery.

Assembly Team Member

Part-Time / Full Time

We're seeking Assembly Team Members to join our Production Team. The Assembly Team helps to quality check and assemble products for inventory and order fulfillment.

No experience required—just an enthusiasm for the Moglea brand and products. We train on all processes. This job is physical, so you’ll need to be comfortable with performing repetitive task. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and should expect to be on your feet all day.

Painter

Full Time

We're seeking a Full Time team member to join our Painting Team, a part of our Production Team. The Painting Team helps to paint our paper products, maintaining the original design vision of our founder, Meg. The painting team has to visually interpret systems and patterns for each product, maintaining the uniqueness of each product.

Applicants should be highly detail-oriented and able to stand for long periods of time. Painting Team responsibilities include painting products, mixing paints to match colors, documenting projects, maintaining project times, project clean up, and studio maintenance.
