No personalization and response

I’m a huge fan of Moglea and I’ve been purchasing my notebooks from this company for a few years now.

Unfortunately my last order wasn’t done correctly. Ordered my items to be personalized and it wasn’t done.

Upon receiving the package, I called the customer service phone number and nobdkt picked up. I then emailed and nobody responded.

Understandably the holiday season can be quite busy for everyone but I’m surprised that nobody has gotten back to me about my order.

I love the products but the customer service seems non existent.

Hi! We completely dropped the ball on this order. We were training a new Fulfillment team member during the holiday season and sadly had some unfortunate issues with a few of our orders. We hope that every customer has a delightful experience with Moglea - just as wonderful as our products. We reached out to the customer to resolve this.
