Planner is beautiful, but costumer service is awful.

I love the planner, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I emailed about the possibility of a refund or an exchange, but it's been over 2 weeks and I have heard zero response. I really love the planners that Moglea makes, but due to their terrible costumer service I will not be purchasing from them again.
