General Terms and Conditions of the Website and Online Store

Remember, these terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the client with Moglea at Moglea.com. By placing your order you enter into an agreement with us and accept our terms & conditions.

Moglea reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions any time.

Trademark

Moglea reserves all the intellectual property rights connected to all and any part of this website, also for any act of reproduction, distribution or public disclosure is expressly forbidden.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of Moglea and protected by international copyright laws.

Moglea does not allow the use of the contents of the website or the trademark for any other reason, apart from those mentioned above.

Placing Orders

To place your order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the cart. You can review your cart before completing your order. complete your order you must go through the on-line purchasing procedure and accept payment, clicking on the option for confirming your card data.

After formalizing this step you will receive an email confirming from us the acceptance of the order.

Moglea will supply the products subject to their availability. If the products are available, you will receive an automatic e-mail providing information regarding all the stages in preparation of your order.

Consequently, if it were impossible to supply the products included in the order made for any reason, Moglea will give you information about alternative products with similar features, quality and price, reserving you the right to accept the replacement product that Moglea offers you.
If you are not interested in the product offered by Moglea, we will proceed to refund any amount which you have paid.

For each order you'll always be informed about the status. You will also get an email confirmation on the address indicated in your account details.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in US dollars. The prices of the products are as specified on our website and Moglea reserves the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs and customs duties and fees are not included in the price.

Payment

The only payment methods we accept is credit card or Paypal. If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. You will need to get in touch with us through our email service in order for us to determine a course of action regarding your order.

Shipping Information

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Once packed and dispatched, your Moglea products make their way to you via the below delivery methods:

USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail Express
UPS Ground
UPS Next Day Air Saver

We often offer free ground shipping over a certain order amount. This applies to shipments in the USA only.

We do ship internationally. For International shipments, shipping costs are calculated based on location and the method chosen at checkout. International orders may incur additional customs and import fees which are not included in shipping costs. These fees are governed by the country of the receiver, and all charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees. In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

Return Policy

We’re happy to offer returns on full-priced items purchased online or at the Moglea retail location. Products must be in unused condition in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method or store credit. Please package the item in the way you received it and use the original packaging to protect the item in shipping. If items arrived to us used or damaged, we will not be able to issue a return. Due to the system we use, exchanges are not an option. In this situation we would be able to proceed with a return and you would need to place a new order. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive the item, we will refund your order. A $7.00 return fee will be kept.
