PRODUCTION MANAGER / Full-time position available

We’re seeking a Full-time Production Manager to join our production team. The Production Manager is our lead in maintaining the quality and visual aesthetic of all Moglea products. The Production Manager manages our team of printers, painters and assembly team members. The Production Manager leads the production team by assigning tasks, encouraging teamwork and production efficiency. He/she maintains inventory of completed products and all raw materials and fixes production issues by creating implementable processes for our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all production processes listed within the Product Assistant role, employee management, inventory management, quality control and inspection, process data collection and documentation, and production scheduling. We’re looking for someone highly detail-oriented and organized, who is excited about making Moglea products. The candidate should have an eye for color and artistic process. Applicants should be comfortable with painting in the Moglea style and other processes done by hand, as well as standing for long periods of time. The candidate should be a natural leader and will encourage excellence of all Moglea employees.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT / Part-time and Full-time positions available

We’re seeking a Full-time Production Assistant to join our production team. The Production Assistant works closely with our Production Manager to develop and execute signature Moglea processes. Applicants should be comfortable with painting and other processes done by hand, as well as standing for long periods of time. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, painting, dip-dyeing, drip-dyeing, operating printing presses, binding, trimming, and new process development. We’re looking for someone highly detail-oriented who is interested in and excited about Moglea products. The candidate should have an eye for color and artistic process.

ASSEMBLY TEAM MEMBER / Part-time and Full-time positions available

We’re seeking Part-time and Full-time Assembly team members to join our production team. The Assembly team member works with our team to assemble products for inventory and order fulfillment. Applicants should be highly detail-oriented and able to stand for long periods of time. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, product quality inspection, product packaging, binding, and assembling products. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, interested in and excited about Moglea products, and comfortable with working independently.

FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR / Part-time and Full-time positions available

We’re seeking a Full-time Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. The Fulfillment Coordinator helps ensures efficient and accurate shipments of retail and wholesale orders. Applicants should possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable with learning new computer software and online ordering systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, customer service correspondence, fulfillment duties, managing inventory needs, and quality assuring the Moglea line. Our Fulfillment Coordinator occasionally helps package and assemble product. We’re looking for someone highly detail-oriented, possesses good craftsmanship, is skilled in customer service, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.


INTERNSHIPS
Moglea offers seasonal internships on our production and creative teams in both stationery design and furniture design. More details are below.
